Canet de Mar Spain

Canet de Mar is a seaside Catalan village, 44 km far from Barcelona. It has a textile and agriculture tradition (strawberries). In its nowadays non existing shipyards were built some ships that travelled to America in the XVIII Century. In the XX Century, great Modernist buildings were rised, such as Casa Roure and the Ateneu (the new local library).
